Can any one help? Hi my name is jas I had a hernia at the age of 19, i am now 31 years of age. Two years ago I lifted something heavy and pain in th egroin area began heavily, i thought it was another hernia operation job, but had it diagnosed and it was not. It seems to be nerce damage, I have had steroid injections, and anastatic injections which to date still have not worked , I also recently had a nerve block attempt which also has not worked , it has been 2 years I cannot lift any thing heavy, run or swim. I feel like i am the only one in the world like this, any advice from any oneone?
